From Pride Park (or maybe the nearby Alvaston Park where parking is free) taking the river towpath and/or old canal out towards Melbourne with a refreshment stop at Melbourne tea rooms. Starting from tbc at 1000 tbc. Average . The Bakewell ride originally planned for 15 May has been postponed to June. But Jane & I would still like to use the day for a ride - maybe in the Sheffield/Penistone areas so as to give Yorkshire a chance to feature. Starting from Old Bakewell Station at 1000. 27 miles, Average . Starting from the old Bakewell station, this 27 mile tour takes in the Monsal trail, and quiet roads to Miller's Dale, Tideswell, Eyam and Baslow, with a final stop at Chatsworth farm shop café before the descent to Bakewell.
